Robot Ball Challenge

Inspired by basketball, this competition challenges participants to build robots that move and shoot balls into baskets. It promotes creativity, technical skills, and practical problem-solving among young participants.
Arena
- Size: 360×180 cm, walls 15 cm high
- Material: Laminated MDF
- Ball Storage: Two boxes on each side, each containing six balls of different colors for each team
- Baskets: Two per team, positioned at 15 cm and 25 cm heights
- Balls: 7 cm diameter (±1 cm), weight 5-50g
Team
- Age Requirement: 11-13 years
- Team Members: Maximum of 2 participants per team
Robot
- Parts: Must use Iran Robotics components or equivalent
- Power Supply: Max 12V, 2A (only 3-cell lithium-ion batteries allowed)
- Motors: Only ZGA25R or ETNOM motors (100-1000 RPM) allowed
- Control: Can be wired or wireless
- Battery & Receiver Installation: Dedicated space required; failure to comply may result in disqualification
- Ball Collection & Shooting Mechanism: Open-ended; teams can design their own system
- Battery Charge: Teams must bring fully charged batteries; organizers are not responsible for low battery issues
