Warehouse Robot Challenge

This competition simulates industrial robots handling objects without programming. Participants build robots to transport materials efficiently within a factory environment.

Arena

• Size: 300×180 CM
• Bridge: 30 cm high, 50-75 cm wide
• Material: Laminated MDF
• Cubes: 5×5×5 cm, various colors
• Side Walls: 5 cm high
• Conveyor Belt: 30×80 cm, 10 cm high
• Cube Placement Area: 70×10 cm, 9±1 cm high

Team

• Age Requirement: 9-11 years
• Members: 1 participant per team

Robot

1. Objective: Build a robot that picks up and transports cubes
2. Design:Must include a gripper for object handling
3. Components:
• Parts: RobotixIran or equivalent brands
• Power: 12V, 2A max (3-cell lithium-ion battery)
• Motors: Up to 4 (ZGA25R or ETNOM, 450-600 RPM)
• Control: 2 wired or 1 wireless remote
• Secure battery and receiver placement required
